Footage reportedly out of Tamaulipas, Mexico shows government forces chasing down cartel hitmen and then multiple soldiers dismount from a Humvee and fire rapidly into the suspect vehicle.

While the scene looks chaotic, the soldiers can be heard shouting to communicate their positions and intentions to avoid fratricide, should one soldier run into another's lane of fire.

While this video isn't new, Tamaulipas, which borders Texas' southern tip, continues to be a hotbed of violent murder and cartel-related crime.
