Moron Taps Out of Gunfight After Murdering Two Officers

Video recorded on the Dashcam of a fallen police officer captures the moment a 59-year-old Navy Veteran named Ralph Stanley “Robin” Elrod Jr engages with police officers using his rifle just moments after he murdered two police officers that responded to arrest him for threatening a his neighbor with a gun.


This footage was recorded on November 6, 2016, and it shows Elrod engaging with police who arrived to a call for backup after the shooter wounded deputies Daryl Smallwood and Patrick Sondron. Both deputies succumbed to their injuries in the hospital following this shooting.


Elrod was sentenced to two life-in-prison-without-parole terms plus an additional 100 years after just narrowly avoiding the death penalty. The two officers who were killed had responded to a 911 call after Elrod had threatened his neighbor on camera with a firearm because his "motorcycle was too loud."
