Recent footage captured by a Ring doorbell on September 26th, 2021, shows the moments a man was approached at his apartment door by an armed assassin.

As the man is seen unlocking his apartment, an echoing voice from down the hallway can be heard, attempting to stop the man before he enters. With the assassin approaching, he began shouting "hey bruh, bruh! is Quan here?".

Seemingly on edge, the man in the black hoodie retrieves a firearm from his waistband, keeping it out of sight from his attacker. The approaching man again asking, "is Quan here?", the apartment resident simply replied "no", multiple times. With his final question, the man asked, "Quan don't live here? you said no?". Receiving the same response, the man attempted to draw his firearm, however the apartment resident was faster.

From the limited footage we have, it appears two shots were fired, one striking the man and dropping him to the ground instantly and a second follow up shot which strikes him as he collapses. Currently, we can't seem to find any original source or any additional law enforcement or media statements regarding this incident, but if I took a wild guess, this guy is dead. It appears the man in the black hoodie fired a single lethal shot, striking the man in the head, quickly subduing his attacker.
