Chinese Authorities Tear Gas Civilians in Myanmar

This short clip appears to show internally displaced people (IDPs) in Myanmar being tear gassed by Chinese forces across the border. The IDPs are attempting to use caves near said border as shelter. Chinese forces at and near the border are becoming increasingly active as the Myanmar conflicts near their territory, but the fact remains that these civilians- likely Kokang or Han Chinese themselves- are being attacked inside their own border by China. As has been demonstrably the case during maritime disputes with the Philippines or the oppression of Uighurs, or threatening American aircraft, China's attention to the rules depends largely on who's doing the breaking of them.
