I should have posted this as NSFW, because it does not look safe, and it definitely does not look like work. The Belarusian airborne is practicing fire and movement, because, well, there is movement, and the person moving appears to be on fire. The synchronized dancing in the foreground adds to the ambiance.

This video is one of several that has emerged of Belarusian celebrations recognizing their airborne units. What these videos are meant to demonstrate is unknown. It looks like some strange Florida Man version of Cirque du Soleil.
