Footage shows a Ukrainian Buk-M1 9A310M1 TELAR engaging and destroying an unspecified Russian aircraft. The surface-to-air missile disappears into the cloud cover, and the flash of the explosive intercept lights up the area.

This video is believed to be from the fight for the Kherson region in the southeast. Various photos circulating on social media suggest the Russian aircraft lost in this incident was possibly an Orlan-10 observation drone.

Russia has lost a significant amount of drones over the course of the last several months. They have now worked out a deal with Iran to receive several Shahed drones to replenish their scant fleet.
