Ukrainian BTR-4 IFV Crew Goes Hard In The Paint

This video, from the helmet cam of a BTR-4E driver, shows the crew and commander communicating to put down withering fire on Russian positions as they advance. Incoming fire strikes the windshield/windscreen of the vehicle, but doesn't penetrate.

The BTR-4 series of Infantry Fighting Vehicles are Ukrainian designed and produced, having been designed in Kharkiv. Although there is some flexibility in its layout and loadout depending on the role it fills, the standard BTR-4 features a crew of 3, passenger space for 8, a 30mm automatic cannon and 7.62 coax machine gun, as well as AT missile capabilities.

While Indonesia and Iraq have ordered BTR-4's from Ukraine, reported shortcomings in quality have cancelled further orders. Despite these issues, Russia and Ukrainian seperatists have fielded captured BTR-4s, fitted with additional slat armor.
