The source indicated that the targets were YPG and PKK. It's likely that Turkey refers to all YPG (Syrian Kurdish militants) members as PKK (Turkish Kurdish separatists) because it gives them a green light to strike entities with a terror designation. The identities of those in the vehicle haven't been publicized.
