Footage out of Syria captures the moment a man is wounded after a regime or Russian airstrike targets his location.

The exact context of the video isn't known as to whether the man was a rebel or a civilian, but to the Assad regime, there is little difference anyway in certain areas of the country. The wound appears to be the result of some sort of debris being launched toward the man, and he is lucky to not have lost his life or eyesight, as the injury appears relatively superficial in nature.
