Drone footage reportedly shows Russian 9M22S incendiary munitions delivered by Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) onto Ukrainian positions at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol.

Ukrainian Marines and Azov Regiment national guardsmen have withheld the Russian siege into the industrial area for several weeks. It's not clear what the Russian's intentions were with the incendiary munitions as the steel plant doesn't appear to be all that susceptible to fire... possibly a show of force targeting the entrenched Ukrainians' psyche.
