Footage reportedly shows the use of MLRS-delivered incendiary munitions by Russian artillery units against Ukrainian positions in Donbass.

The fire munitions are being used to defoliate the trees and undergrowth as multiple videos have shown that Ukrainian forces are able to strike infected from dense wooded areas. Once the foliage is stripped from the trees, Russian drones and thermal scanners will be better able to identify Ukrainian troop movements.
