A camera mounted to a jihadist tank in Syria captures the moment a malfunction causes the main gun barrel to be blown off of the tank upon firing.

It's not clear exactly what caused the critical malfunction, but it's likely that the barrel became plugged with dirt while being drive over and through earthen berms. When they attempted to fire, the pressure caused the barrel to erupt.
