Footage reportedly shows a Ukrainian Stugna-P anti tank guided missile strike on a group of Russian soldiers with effective results.

Over the years, we have analyzed dozens of ATGM versus infantry videos from the Syrian conflict and the results are usually inconsistent. ATGMs are designed to penetrate thick armor, and little thought is put into fragmentation and kill radius. Often times, infantry troops can be seen walking away from what looks like a significant blast, seemingly unharmed. However, in this instance, it appears that remains are sent flying, indicating a successful hit.
