North Korea Test Launches New Hypersonic Missile

North Korean state television released multiple angles of a successful launch of one of their newest hypersonic weapons, the Hwasong-16B intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM) on April 2, 2024.

Hypersonics pose a serious threat to the region as they are nuclear capable, nearly impossible to shoot down, and some models have extreme long range capabilities allowing them to strike with precision far from their point of lunch.
