Massive Oil Fire in Sevastopol Caused by Alleged Ukrainian Drone Strikes

According to Russian sources, a massive oil storage facility in Sevastopol, Crimea was destroyed by a Ukrainian drone strike. Ukrainian sources have stated that they targeted 10 tanks of oil storage holding roughly 40,000 tons of oil.

According to Ukrainian intelligence reports, the oil storage facility was used to provide the Russian Black Sea fleet with fuel oil. This strike may be linked to a long promised upcoming counter-offensive by Ukrainian forces, however no direct correlation has been made by Ukrainian sources, however Ukraine has not claimed direct responsibility for the drone strike.

"The enemy ... wanted to take Sevastopol by surprise, as usual, by staging a sneak attack in the morning," Sevastopol governor Mikhail Razvozhaev said in a statement on Telegram.
