Footage from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) shows combined (infantry and armor) urban operations to root out Hamas operatives in the Gaza bank.

The Merkava tanks deliver heavy fire onto suspected enemy locations allowing infantry to advance. The infantry, in turn, secure the flanks of the tank , protecting it from enemy anti tank weapons and devices.
