Hamas intentionally fired rockets from a location in close proximity to kindergarten and a mosque in hopes the Israeli counter battery fire would inflict casualties among the Palestinian population.

Hamas knows that their primitive grade school science fair rockets are limited in their effectiveness against the Israeli state, so they use their own people as disposable propaganda tools to garner international outrage against Israel's collateral damage when targeting terror operations in Gaza.
