Drone footage released by the IDF shows the attack that killed prominent Hamas leader Ahmed Al-Yakovi. The strike took place in Rafah, and targeted a vehicle that had been previously confirmed as carrying the Hamas leader by IDF intelligence services.

In addition to Ahmed Al-Yakovi, Iman Rantisi was also confirmed as being in the vehicle at the time of the strike. Rantisi was a senior commander in the investigation department of Hamas. Both men were responsible for safety and security of other senior Hamas leaders.
