A short clip released by a Ukrainian Soldier working his way through an abandoned Russian position shows the recovery of a Russian anti-drone gun. From this footage alone, the weapon appears to be poorly made from cheap materials.

Whenever I see one of these weapons I am immediately reminded of the barely effective THOR backpacks guys had to wear while I was in Afghanistan. They were expensive technology that was impossible to service unless you were a technician with a suite of tools, and they were barely effective at stopping even the most basic of improvised explosive devices.

If there's anyone currently serving who has experience with one of these systems, I'd love to hear from you down in the comments sections to get your opinion on these. I don't imagine they would be seriously effective at stopping drones since you would need both line of sight and the time to aim at the drone for an extended period of time.
