Cell phone footage recorded by a civilian in their apartment shows the reaction of a civilian operated vehicle when an IDF convoy comes barreling around the corner in front of him. A reaction like this can lead us to the conclusion that the IDF is properly employing escalation of force techniques, and has likely already trained the local populace on how to respond to an oncoming convoy.
