Video released to Telegram around ten hours ago shows Yevgeny Prigozhin, the Commander of Wagner, occupying Rostov and speaking with Russian military commanders.

We are currently unable to independently verify the translation of this video, however the source has been known to provide accurate translations over the past year.

For the record, I will from here on out be referring to Yevgeny Prigozhin as Bald Oktober, and none of you can stop me from doing it.
