Cell phone footage published by Ukrainian sources shows a Russian cruise missile being pursued by a Ukrainian air-to-air missile. From this footage alone, the air-to-air missile is definitely moving at a much higher rate of speed than the cruise missile it is pursuing.

While we don't see an intercept occur in this footage, cruise missiles are far slower than ballistic missiles. The Russian missile seen in this video is traveling right around 500 mph, and the air-to-air missile that was launched to intercept it is going roughly 2300 mph, or almost 5x the speed of the cruise missile assuming it's one of the Diehl Defense missiles that was provided to Ukraine.
