Bizarre footage reportedly shows a June 25, 2023 incident in which a Russian couple were confronted by village residents and administrators for allegedly stealing electricity. They responded by lashing out with a flamethrower and spear gun.

The wild footage shows the illicit electrical line being dug up from the street, and as a neighbor opens the front gate to confront the alleged perpetrators, the resident engulfs him with a flamethrower. A short time later a woman, identified as a village administrator can be seen with a spear gun harpoon stuck in her neck. According to reports, the wife of the flamethrower-wielding resident engaged the administrator.

The administrator with the harpoon injury reportedly survived with surprisingly non serious injuries, but the neighbor that was attacked with a flamethrower is in critical condition with massive burns.
