If you were alive during the September 11, 2001 terror attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, you would know without a doubt that the world significantly changed forever on that day.

For some of us, our destinies became apparent, and we heeded the call to service, further changing us into something we likely never would have imagined. We invested ourselves 100 percent and we fought our hearts out. Looking back now, it's easy to second guess... Was it all worth it? Was it righteous? Regardless of the answer to those questions, I have a feeling that most of us would do it all again, given the chance.
