Weapons Training Nearly Turns Into Accidental Execution

Published Aug. 31, 2021

Recent footage surfacing shows two gun enthusiasts practicing fire drills, while dodging what could have been a catastrophic event. In the footage, the two men are seen switching back and forth between a firing position and a security position.

As the man in the blue takes his last fighting position, the man in the tan stands up into his direct line of fire, nearly causing him to be shot in the back of the head. As seen in the footage, the round grazes the mans hat and takes it clean off.

After analyzing this incident a bit more, to me, these two appear to have extensive training with firearms. Within the first few seconds of their drills, one man is seen clearing a malfunction very smoothly, and also maintains very good muzzle awareness. Again, accidents happen, but this still completely unacceptable. In my opinion, both men were negligent in this situation, but I'll leave it to you in the comments to decide who is more accountable.
