Former President Donald Trump was recorded giving a speech at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Saturday Dec. 4, 2021, and in the speech he impersonated the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Make Milley and also called him a "fucking idiot" in regards to the horribly botched US military withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The statement was said in reference to the decision to abandon aircraft, combat vehicles, and weapons to the Taliban as the US pulled out. Apparently Milley suggested that leaving the equipment behind would be the cheapest option as if there wasn't greater implications to consider.

Trump has repeatedly criticized Milley in the past, including suggesting that Milley be tried for treason regarding his underhanded dealings with China. Trump also used the words "sad" and "pathetic" to describe Milley's consideration of the implementation of critical race theory in the armed forces.
