The attached video shows airstrikes carried out by US warplanes against Iranian-backed militias in the Iraq-Syria border area as well as footage of the aftermath recorded by the militants themselves.

CENTCOM released three videos of the Jun. 27, 2021 strikes and identified the targets as a weapons distribution and logistical support facilities as well as an operations center. The strikes were carried out in a "defensive" measure in response to the Iranian militia's attempts to strike US bases with loiter munitions, A.K.A. kamikaze drones.

The targeted militant group was reportedly identified as Kataib Seyyid al Shuhada, and the faction announced the deaths of four of their fighters in the strikes. They also threatened retaliatory strikes against the US.

The Iranian proxy groups have recently flaunted Iranian Shehed drones in parades, a more advanced longer range drone than the loiter munitions recently used against US forces. Iran is openly arming and facilitating these attacks against the US, and instead of striking Iranian targets, the Biden administration is targeting low level proxy militia operatives, all while trying to revive Obama's disastrous 2015 nuclear deal, which would allow Iran to develop nuclear technology...
