Ukrainian troops driving in civilian vehicles sprint through a Russian artillery barrage. The impacts are so close that the vehicle's are spattered with dirt kicked up by the explosions.

When no cover is available, sometimes the best maneuver is to go as fast as you can. Once artillery has been fired, there's not much you can do about it other than get out of the way or get behind something that will stop the explosion from killing you. In this video we're seeing the first option utilized.
