We received a video of a Ukrainian ATGM making a direct hit reportedly in the Donbass region, but we're not exactly sure of the target.

As the war continues to unfold it has gotten downright exhausting weeding through the misinformation attached to each video clip. This may have been a hit on a Russian military target, or Ukrainian troops may have, themselves, wheeled out whatever the object was, for target practice.
