Cell phone video coming out of Ukraine this morning captures the moment a Ukrainian Soldier allegedly shoots down a Russian Orlan with a MANPAD.

At this time, we have yet to confirm that an Orlan was shot down. The video does however appear to confirm that the MANPAD hit something, and the man speaking behind the ultra-compressed video can be heard saying the Ukrainian word for Parachute multiple times which is indicative of a damaged Orlan deploying it's emergency parachute so that the drone can be recovered and repaired.
