A member of what appears to be a Libyan rebel group uses a set of rollerblades to blast his way across a danger-zone while in the middle of a firefight.

I'm going to be real with you. I don't know the full context of this video. It was released to the internet sometime in 2015, and reports say it’s from Libya.

With that out of the way, I'd like to introduce everyone to the Combat Rollerblade Program of 2015. In response to the American Military making the TALOS project public knowledge, the rebels had to show off their latest and greatest innovation as well. This was the first, and as far as I know, only test of the Combat Rollerblade System that was every made public knowledge. We really hope these extreme skaters aren't on the battlefields of the future. If they are, we could all be in trouble.
