Several-years-old footage out of Syria shows a lucky rebel T-55 tank crew narrowly avoid death as their vigilance alerts them to an incoming anti tank guided missile (ATGM) and they are able to reverse the vehicle to relative safety.

In most of the guided tank videos the intended targets do not see or hear the incoming projectile until it's too late, if at all, and become casualties.
