Suspect Loses Tire Pressure, Then Blood Pressure Vs. Wisconsin Cops

This agency-provided bodycam footage from Grafton Wisconsin shows the perspective of two different officers as they attempt to apprehend 29-year-old Christopher Sewell on outstanding felony warrants.

The footage begins with an officer laying a spike strip, which Sewell strikes with the tires on his passenger side despite trying to avoid them. In so doing, he does endanger the officer who lay the strip. We then see the perspective of another officer in pursuit. At 02:16, Sewell loses control of the vehicle and tries to escape on foot. Interestingly, in the foot chase thereafter, the officer threatens to tase Sewell despite already having his handgun drawn. At approximately 02:59, Sewell draws a pistol (later identified as a "Tara Aerospace" 9mm) but is shot by the officer before he can get a round off. At that point, the suspect is obfuscated to hide potentially traumatic imagery. Despite aid rendered, Sewell died on-scene.
