Cell phone video published to TikTok shows a group of Sudanese troops lounging around their buddy, who appears to wielding some type of massive Chinese sniper rifle that's a knock off of the America Barrett .50 cal. According to the source, the shooter was engaging RSF troops in the open, but there's no way to verify that information. It's just as likely that these dudes were stoned and randomly shooting at baboons as it is that they were engaged in actual combat.

All of that said, if anyone has an ID on the sniper rifle, I'd be interested in learning about it. It looks like it really wants to be a Barrett .50 cal, but it just isn't.
