Ukraine has been consistently destroying Russian air defense assets for the past two years, laying the groundwork for the anticipated rebuilding of their strike jet air force, built only now on the unfulfilled promises of foreign nations shaking hands and signing agreements while Russia continues to take Ukrainian ground.
