Witness footage from the Sep. 22, 2023 Storm Shadow strikes against the Russian Black Sea Fleet's headquarters building in the occupied Crimean city of Sevastopol shows smoke billowing from the building which has already been struck, but a second cruise missile can be seen making another hit. The Storm Shadow's payload is impressive as it causes a large portion of the massive concrete structure to crumble.

Ukraine reportedly simultaneously struck priority Russian targets elsewhere in Crimea. The Russian MoD claims they shot down ten missiles during the incident.
