29-year-old Sultan al-Qahtani, also known as Zubayr al-Rimi was a known member of Al Qaeda responsible for the Riyadh compound bombings that killed between 26 and 34 people, including 9 American citizens. As a result of the Riyadh bombings, the Saudi military conducted a series of operations searching for al-Qahtani eventually finding and killing him in the clashes recorded above.
