Multiple video clips out of Syria show that US and Russian troops are often operating within close proximity to one another.

Based on the video, it doesn't appear that the two competitor forces are interoperating or even cooperating, but rather operating in parallel with one another, and interacting only enough to deconflict any chances of unwanted incidents.

One of the clips shows a Russian military vehicle stuck in the mud, and both Russian and American troops are dismounted, standing close, while a larger Russian vehicle attempts to dislodge it.
