Russian Su-24 Fencer Buzzes USS Donald Cook On The Black Sea

The US Navy's 6th Fleet (US Naval Forces Africa-Europe) released a video showing the USS Donald Cook (DDG-75), an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer, getting buzzed by a low flying Russian Su-24 "Fencer" fighter-bomber in the Black Sea on Jan. 31, 2021

The US warship was international waters conducting training exercises at the time of the interaction. Ordinarily, the US Navy would condemn the incident as "unsafe and unprofessional," but did not do so this time. Possibly, the Russian pilot's casual pass didn't warrant such a complaint.
