Members of a Russian Spetsnaz team spot a group of Ukrainian troops attempting to lay a cable across the Donets River. The Ukrainians intent was to place an anti-mine net into the river.

This footage was recorded very recently in the Izyum region of Ukraine. It shows Ukrainian troops being watched by Spetsnaz troops from Russia. The Ukrainians are allegedly attempting to lay a cable across the Donets River in order to place an anti-mine net into the water. The end of the footage shows Russian artillery striking where the net has been placed, presumably to destroy it.
