Russian Lancet Base Struck While Active

A Ukrainian observation drone observes a Russian Lancet loitering munition launch point and marks it for a precision strike.

At least a half dozen Russian troops are present when the unspecified precision munition hits. The drone equipment appears to be damaged and burning, and as the video ends, a MedEvac crew can be seen loading the casualties into a cargo van.

Ukraine has struck at least three Russian Lancet launch points in recent days, according to available footage. It makes sense that Ukrainian forces would try to target one of Russia's most effective frontline weapon systems, but it may also mean that Ukraine has found a way to detect, locate, or track the electronic signatures of the Lancet drone type when it is powered on.
