On Thursday of this past week, footage emerged of a Russian helicopter appearing to be shot down. Since then, we have confirmed the shootdown was of a Russian KA-52 attack helicopter. Multiple pieces of footage covering the crash site have emerged, and now so too has the full video leading up to the takedown of the Russian aircraft. For several desperate seconds, we can see the pilot popping every counter-measure available on their aircraft to avoid the missile as they swoop in low and fast before colliding with the Earth.
