Witness footage captures four Russian cruise missiles targeting an industrial area in the city of Dnipro on the night of Aug. 14, 2023.

Two civilians were injured during the barrage. Reports indicate that the Russians may have been targeting the PA Pivdenmash Complex, a producer of rockets and missiles. There appears to be a lack of early warning sirens and air defense in the area. However, it's not clear why the cameraman knew to be filming the area.
