Rebel fighters from the Free Syrian Army fail at gaining fire superiority in a gun fight as they find themselves completely suppressed by regime forces.

What you're looking at in this video is a brief excerpt from a longer video showing Syrian Rebels fighting to break the siege of Aleppo back in August of 2016. It's abundantly clear from the footage that they're attempting to gain fire superiority using a single machine gun, but their position is perfectly dialed in on by regime forces with automatic weapons.

Even with rounds slapping the wall all around their murder-hole, the rebels continue to try and return fire until it becomes an absolute impossibility. Even once it becomes impossible, the machine gunner in the video still makes one last attempt to squeeze off some shots before being completely deterred.
