Video from Dec. 3, 2020, captured by a Minnesota Department of Transportation traffic camera, shows an incident where a small plane was forced to make an emergency landing on a highway and ended up hitting a moving passenger vehicle.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that the incident took place on the I-35W in the Twin Cities, and although the plane collided with a moving vehicle, there were no injuries. Investigators said the plane experienced an engine failure before making the landing. The pilot was identified as an experienced aerobatic aviator who has won international medals for the US in flying competitions.
