This compilation, provided by Free Syrian forces, shows two ATGM strikes on regime soldiers as they transport materiel down a dirt path. More hauntingly, in both instances it shows the horrified scramble of men who have to know it's already too late but react anyway. The missile launcher appears to be a BGM-71 TOW, an American wire-guided system with a max speed of 278-320 meters per second. Minus the time it takes the human brain to perceive a threat and tell the body to start reacting, this leaves an incredibly small window to actually get away. It's fairly safe to assume these soldiers don't.
