CCTV security camera footage shows the shooting death of a man following a road rage incident in Puerto Rico in April 2023.

From the footage we can see a SUV cut off and stop in front of another vehicle. The aggressive driver then gets out with a baseball bat and smashes a window out of the other vehicle. The tables are quickly turned, however, as the other man gets out of his vehicle and fires several shots into the bat-wielding man with a handgun.

The man with the gun probably could have beat murder charges with a self defense case, but he makes the mistake of walking up to the fallen man and dumping the rest of his magazine into him. He then hops in his vehicle and drives away. The road rager continues to move on the ground before the video ends, but he reportedly died. The other man was arrested for murder.
