(NSFW) Man Continues To Pull "Finger Guns" on Troopers Until They Shoot Him

Newly released born camera footage from two Nevada Highway Patrol Troopers has been released, regarding an incident that happened on October 3rd, 2021. As indicated by the radio communication, Trooper Michael Abbate initially pulled the suspect over due to a female passenger looking distressed.

After the initial traffic stop, the suspect continued to roll away, refusing to place the vehicle in park. Three minutes later, Trooper Mark Willner arrived in the area, where the suspect finally pulled over. As the vehicle came to a halt, Trooper Abbate provided verbal commands to the suspect to put the car in park and to exit the car with his hands up. With both Troopers now approaching the vehicle, the suspect abruptly exited the vehicle aggressively, pointing his hand in the direction of Trooper Abbate.

Trooper Abbate discharged a single shot from his service weapon, striking the suspect but not fully neutralizing him. As the suspect regained his composure, he again reached to the rear side of his waist band and yet again pretended to draw a weapon. As the suspect made another abrupt motion, he instead pointed directly at Trooper Willner, forcing another round to be discharged. After Trooper Willner discharged his firearm, the suspect collapsed to the ground.

Both Troopers removed the female subject from the vehicle who appeared to be unharmed. They further began providing medical aid to the suspect, however he died at the scene. The suspect was later identified as 41-year-old Adrian Zarate-Cervantes. During a later investigation, it was discovered that Zarate-Cervantes did not have a firearm in his possession.
