CCTV footage shows a man attempting to attack a woman inside of a parking garage. Little did the attacker know, the woman was an off-duty police officer carrying her duty pistol after hours. The attack did not end the way the man intended.

Firearms are the great equalizer. Had this woman not been an off-duty police officer carrying her concealed carry weapon, then there's a very strong chance that she could have been beaten and robbed, kidnapped, or even worse. Fortunately, she was indeed a police officer, and as a result, allowed to carry her firearm when off-duty. That firearm allowed her to retaliate against the larger attacker in a way that directly inhibited his ability to do whatever it was he was intending to do her as his victim.
