Intense street security camera footage from Brazil shows an attempted hijacking go horribly wrong for the criminal team.

The video begins with a parked, but running, vehicle in the frame. Suddenly another vehicle pulls up alongside, and multiple men get out to rob and or kill the occupants of the parked car. The intended victim immediately recognizes the threat, pulls his gun and fires multiple rounds at the attackers.

One of the thugs takes a hit and is incapacitated on the spot, falling into the gutter. The rest of the assailants sprint up the street, scrambling to get back into their vehicle. It's unclear if any of them were hit in a barrage of bullets.

The suspect vehicle stops a short ways up the road to allow the rest of the criminal back into the car, and the would-be victim begins taking single well-aimed shots at the suspect vehicle until they speed off.
